Job summary

Opteon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Support to oversee offshore outsourced support operations and ensure high-quality service for customers and valuation teams.

You will lead performance, governance and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with the offshore provider to optimize workflows and resource planning. The role requires strong relationship management across global teams and travel to Manila quarterly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing outsourced operations, offshore service providers, shared services or high-volume back-office support functions.
• Strong vendor and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
• Experience managing service level agreements, operational performance measures and quality standards.
• Analytical skills using operational data and reporting to inform decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of offshore outsourced support operations.
• Manage relationship with offshore service provider and ensure service delivery against SLAs.
• Establish and monitor service standards, productivity and quality outcomes.
• Use data to monitor performance and drive improvements in quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
