Job summary

Wenco International Mining Systems is seeking a Global Services Specialist - Applications to work with customers and partners worldwide, ensuring correct implementation and usage of Open Autonomy solutions. The role analyzes data, develops proposals, and enhances products to meet end-user needs.

A 12-hour shift roster applies, with flexibility for outside hours. The candidate should bring extensive experience in mining tech, FMS, and autonomous solutions, and be able to collaborate across

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in engineering, computer science or mining/tech.
• Experience implementing and supporting mining FMS and autonomous haulage solutions, including OA.
• Experience supporting mining FMS, Autonomy, and Asset Health solutions.
• Experience in project implementation and change management.
• IT systems, software programming and database knowledge is a plus.
• Experience delivering presentations to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and remote access support for existing customers and partners.
• Provide technical solution input to sales and marketing on new opportunities and projects.
• Record and document client issues through to resolution using Wenco's issue tracking system.
• Review and contribute to product documentation.
• Participate in formal training and stay updated on evolving system knowledge.
• Consult with Product Management on use cases for product development.
• Collaborate with Development, Regional Support and Product Management to ensure applications deliver value.
• Work a rotating 12-hour shift roster and be flexible outside scheduled hours.
• Analyze and reproduce issues/bugs; participate in quality risk assessments.
• Investigate customer issues and identify root causes; document results and feedback.
• Provide input for Technical Writing on customer-facing documents.
• Facilitate internal and external training.
