Tanda, a fast‑growing tech company, seeks a Creative Lead to join our marketing team in Brisbane. This hands‑on role demands designing and producing digital ads across LinkedIn, Meta and networks, using AI to accelerate from concept to shipped campaigns.

You'll work with sales and marketing to turn creative into revenue, understand customers, and continuously test formats, hooks and angles to scale successful campaigns while keeping the creative fresh and relevant.

• Designed and made digital ads that have driven revenue.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt quickly.
• Creative, with ability to generate stand-out ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative process: develop concepts and design ads for static, video, and motion across platforms.
• Turn creative into pipeline: ensure ads drive pipeline and revenue, align story from ad to landing page.
• Know our customers: research customer needs and speak to them in their own language.
• Scale what works: track metrics, iterate, double down on winners, cut losers quickly.
• Use AI to work faster: leverage AI tools to accelerate idea-to-finished ad.
• Keep creatives fresh: test new ideas and formats to keep campaigns fresh.
