Tanda is a fast-growing Australian tech company with a Brisbane HQ, seeking a Creative Lead to own the creative process for our paid ads program across major networks. You will design, test, and optimize ads from concept to finished assets, using AI to accelerate production and improve performance.

You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure creative drives pipeline and revenue while staying aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital ads that drive revenue.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly.
• Creative and able to generate standout ideas.
• Strong copywriting and judgement on message effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative process: design ads from static to video across LinkedIn, Meta and other networks.
• Turn creative into pipeline by aligning ads with landing pages and story.
• Know customers by listening to sales calls and feedback to tailor messages.
• Scale what works by tracking hooks, angles and formats and dropping underperformers.
• Use AI tools to speed up idea-to-finished-ad workflow.
• Keep creatives fresh with new ideas and formats.
