You will provide second-line technical support, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows environments, and endpoint management, while ensuring security and compliance across staff worldwide. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with a global IT team, with mentoring to junior staff and a focus on reliable technology to support mission

Qualifications

• Essential IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Windows environments and endpoint Mgmt.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide second-line technical support to staff across multiple countries/time zones.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoints, networking and collaboration platforms.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues delivering excellent support.
• Assist with cybersecurity, identity/access management, and endpoint compliance.
• Contribute to system upgrades, deployments and global IT projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to improve IT services.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
