Job summary

Beyond Blue Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Gifts in Wills Lead to drive growth, engagement and long‑term impact for our supporters. Reporting to the Donor Development Manager, you will lead acquisition, stewardship and engagement strategies and oversee estate administration.

You will nurture connections with donors and families, work with legal representatives, and translate data and sector best practice into performance improvements and better supporter care.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in gifts in wills work.
• Campaign/project delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition, stewardship and supporter engagement strategies.
• Oversee estate administration and liaise with legal representatives and families.
• Analyse data and optimise performance and engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with donors and stakeholders.
