Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) is seeking a Gifts in Wills Coordinator to grow our bequest program and secure long-term funding for the Society’s vital work. You will identify, cultivate and manage a pipeline of bequestors and coordinate campaigns across channels.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and support donor engagement initiatives, with a focus on sustainable growth and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Relevant marketing or business qualifications.
• Experience with Gifts in Wills or donor development is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and manage a pipeline of confirmed bequestors and potential benefactors.
• Coordinate Gifts in Wills biannual campaigns and donor communications.
• Collaborate with Direct Marketing and Communications teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate reports.
• Support the Gifts in Wills & Estates Manager in survey and donor insights.
