BHP is offering a 24-month Geology Graduate Program across WA Iron Ore, SA Copper or QLD Coal Operations in Australia. You’ll learn through structured onboarding, guided learning paths and hands-on projects with experienced teams.

Graduate roles start February 2028; the program supports development in field and technical environments, promotes collaboration, and offers a pathway to a long-term career with BHP.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Understand rocks, structures and ore bodies that shape our operations.
• Collaborate with geologists, geotechnical engineers and operational teams on subsurface interpretation.
• Contribute to activities such as resource definition, core logging and sampling, drill program planning.
