BHP Mining Graduate Program offers 24 months of structured onboarding, guided learning paths and support from a dedicated cohort and leaders. You will work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe operations, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Depending on discipline and location, roles may be residential or FIFO, with opportunities across Western Australia, Queensland and beyond.

Qualificações

• Degrees in Mining Engineering or closely related field.
• Expected to graduate by end of 2027 or have recently graduated.
• International students with valid visa are eligible to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Mine Planning & Scheduling support and learn short- and long-term plans.
• Field Time and Operational exposure in-pit or underground environments.
• Safety & Risk foundations through hazard management and risk assessments.
• Operational & Production support with data analysis for safe production outcomes.
• Technical Projects & Continuous Improvement to optimise processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with geology, geotechnical, processing, maintenance and operations teams.
