BHP's 2028 Geology Graduate Program offers hands-on, field-focused experience working with geologists, geotechnical engineers and operations teams across Australia. You’ll contribute to core logging, sampling, geological modelling and data collection while developing in a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Starting February 2028, the 24‑month program supports structured onboarding, learning paths and a cohort-based growth culture, with opportunities across WA Iron Ore, SA Copper or QLD

Qualifications

• Graduates welcomed who have completed within the past two years or by end of 2027.
• Visa holders with no work restrictions by February 2028 are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to resource definition, core logging and sampling.
• Plan drill programs, grade control, structural interpretation and geological modelling.
• Collect geotechnical data and support operations across Australia.
