Job summary

Eastwood Village Medical Practice is expanding and seeking both junior and senior Medical Receptionists to join our friendly teams across Eastwood, Surry Hills and Kirribilli. This role offers casual and part-time hours in a busy general practice.

You will welcome patients, handle front desk enquiries, manage appointments and patient records, and assist with general admin while supporting doctors, nurses and the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Senior: 1+ year medical reception or customer service experience.
• Junior: Training provided.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Best Practice software is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required.
