Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an experienced General Manager - Service Delivery to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division. You will drive contractual outcomes, quality, and participant success while guiding a national team.

Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you will oversee government contracts, manage budgets, foster stakeholder relationships, and champion continuous improvement to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Employment Services.
• Strong commercial and operational management capability.
• Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing government-funded contracts and performance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• A passion for developing people and delivering meaningful client outcomes.
• Ability to lead, inspire and engage a large team of 1000 nationally.

General Manager – Service Delivery

We're seeking an experienced General Manager - Service Delivery to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division.

Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you'll drive strategic performance, lead a team of Senior Operations Managers, oversee commercial outcomes, and build strong relationships with government stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional participant outcomes while delivering on contractual, quality and financial objectives.
