atWork Australia is seeking an experienced General Manager - Service Delivery to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division. You will drive strategic outcomes, oversee a team of Senior Operations Managers, and ensure contractual, quality and financial targets are met.

Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you will build strong relationships with government stakeholders, manage divisional budgets and guide transformation initiatives to deliver meaningful

• Strong commercial and operational management capability.
• Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing government-funded contracts and performance frameworks.

General Manager – Service Delivery

We're seeking an experienced General Manager - Service Delivery to lead operational performance across our Employment Services division.

Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you'll drive strategic performance, lead a team of Senior Operations Managers, oversee commercial outcomes, and build strong relationships with government stakeholders.
