Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for electronic security, focusing on service delivery and growth opportunities across Queensland. You will lead operational leaders and frontline teams, driving safety, accountability and continuous improvement while developing key client relationships.

The role emphasizes employee engagement, workforce planning and capability development, ensuring contractual standards are met, and delivering accurate forecasts to senior leadership.

Operations Manager - Electronic Security

My Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has a strong background in service delivery while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The Role:

• Leadership & People Management and develop operational leaders and frontline teams across QLD
• Help deliver high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, customer service and continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
• Ensure security services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular face-to-face engagement.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security operations or similar field, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales growth and client relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed workforces in a service-based environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and operational governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
