A builder / developer with a great name in the market is looking for a General Foreman to join their team on the Lower North Shore. They're known for exceptional builds and really care about the finished product.

The business has a number of projects underway, and this role will be on their luxury Class 2 builds valued between $30M and $80M. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys detailed work, communicates well and takes pride in delivering a top-tier finish.

You'll be working with a good team, a strong trade base and experienced senior management. The role would also suit a Site Manager who wants a better work-life balance while staying close to the build.

Your Responsibilities:

Run the day-to-day on site, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries to keep the build on program
