Programmed Maintenance Services – Geelong VIC is seeking an energetic, commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our Geelong Commercial Painting team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive business growth, oversee branch operations and build strong client and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.

This hands-on leadership role combines business development, operations and people management, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• A proven background in business development, sales or account management, with experience building productive client relationships.
• Experience overseeing operational activities, projects or service delivery.
• An understanding of estimating, project management and commercial principles.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound numerical ability and confidence presenting to clients.
• Initiative, adaptability and a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support branch growth.
