Programmed Maintenance Services – Geelong VIC is seeking an energetic, commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our Geelong Commercial Painting team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive business growth, oversee branch operations and build strong client and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.

This hands-on leadership role combines business development, operations and people management, with a focus on safety and quality.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, commercially minded and people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Geelong Commercial Painting team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing branch operations and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is a varied, hands-on leadership role that combines business development, operational management and people leadership. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
