Programmed Property Services Geelong is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Geelong Commercial Painting team, driving growth, overseeing branch operations and building strong client relationships.

You'll blend business development, operations and people leadership to identify opportunities, oversee projects, ensure safety and quality, and deliver results for a diverse client base within an established brand.

Qualifications

• Proven background in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience overseeing operational activities, projects or service delivery.
• Understanding of estimating, project management and commercial principles.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound numerical ability and confidence presenting to clients.
• Initiative, adaptability and a solutions-focused attitude.
