Job summary

Rex Gorell Group's Geelong BMW / Motorrad service department seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy team of advisors, technicians and administrative staff. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee daily workshop operations, and ensure efficient service delivery in a BMW environment.

The role emphasises leadership, planning, training and ongoing staff development to achieve KPI targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and CSI improvements.
• Ability to plan, schedule and monitor daily service department activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisors, technicians and admin staff in Geelong BMW / Motorrad.
• Ensure efficient vehicle service delivery and pick-up for customers.
• Monitor tools, equipment and parts in line with policies.
• Provide technical support and assist with vehicle diagnostics as needed.
• Drive training and performance management of the service team.
• Uphold OH&S standards and a safe work environment.
