Lasseters Casino in Alice Springs, NT is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. You will deliverGuest service while conducting casino games and ensure accuracy, fairness and compliance.

Training is provided; prior gaming experience is welcome but not required. Full-time position with opportunities for career progression and benefits at Lasseters Casino.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality, Gaming or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or gaming experience.
• 3 years of experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Ability to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence.

• Operate (table) games professionally and accurately.
• Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts.
• Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions.

Salary: $73,865 – $85,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Location: Alice Springs, NT

Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card-based games, or you work in the electronic gaming area, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance at all times.

About the Role

• Operate (table) games professionally and accurately
• Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts
• Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
