Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a Surveillance Operator to join our professional Surveillance team in Alice Springs. The role focuses on monitoring casino operations, identifying irregular activity, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and internal controls.

We value exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and strong reporting skills. The position requires flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remain focused.
• Experience in surveillance, security, gaming or compliance desirable.
• Ability to obtain a Casino Operative Licence, RSA and RSG.

In this role, you'll help protect our gaming licence, guests, staff, and assets by monitoring casino operations, identifying irregular activity, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with gaming legislation and internal controls.
