Job summary

Campsie RSL Group of Clubs in Sydney’s Inner West seeks a Gaming Tray Attendant to deliver excellent customer service in the gaming area. You will perform tray service for food and drinks, assist with liquor dispensing, and maintain a clean, safe gaming floor while adhering to club policies and OH&S standards.

The role requires RSA/RCG competency, a school certificate, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Competency Card (RSA & RCG)
• School certificate (or equivalent)
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Full availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Adherence to club policies and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Current Police Clearance certificate
• Ability to speak a second language

Responsibilities

• Undertake general waiting duties for food and beverage services
• Provide tray service for food and beverages
• Supply, dispense or mix liquor
• Keep gaming floor areas clean and tidy at all times
• Perform cleaning duties in toilets, drink stations, terrace and walkways
• Handle general basic customer enquiries
• Ensure chairs and stools are properly arranged
• Follow cash handling procedures as required
• Participate as part of a team delivering patron services
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S practices
