Job summary

Club Gaming Services in Sydney NSW seeks a reliable Field Service Technician to service gaming machines, CRT terminals and related equipment across pubs and clubs. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys troubleshooting and working independently with a strong focus on service quality.

Qualifications

Field Service Technician – Gaming Machines & CRT Terminals

Club Gaming Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team.

We specialise in the service, maintenance and repair of gaming machines, CRT terminals and associated equipment across pubs and clubs throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on field-based role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently and providing a high level of service to customers.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing gaming machines and CRT terminals


• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, electronic and technical faults


• Completing scheduled preventative maintenance


• Attending breakdowns and service calls at customer venues


• Installing and relocating gaming equipment when required


• Recording service work and job details using our job management system


• Maintaining good communication with venue staff and customers


• Managing parts and equipment required for daily service work


• Working independently while also supporting the wider service team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Technically minded with strong fault-finding skills


• Reliable, punctual and well presented


• Comfortable working independently in the field


• Able to communicate professionally with customers


• Organised and capable of managing multiple service calls


• Willing to learn and develop their technical knowledge


• Physically capable of carrying out the requirements of the role

Previous experience servicing gaming machines, CRT terminals or similar electronic/electrical equipment would be highly regarded.

Requirements
