Job summary

United Technology Services in Newcastle, NSW seeks a Gaming Machine Technician to install, service and relocate gaming machines for venues across the region.

You will handle fault finding, preventative maintenance and EGM game conversions, while building strong relationships with venue staff. You may participate in after-hours on-call support.

A NSW driver licence is required; training provided and a company car and phone are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming service or clubs preferred.
• Current NSW drivers licence.
• Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

United Technology Services, (‘UTS’ –a subsidiary of Ainsworth Game Technology), is looking for a Gaming Machine Technician based in the Newcastle / Central Coast region.

UTS offers a full range of technical services to the NSW club and hotel industry, with our primary business being Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) installation, maintenance and repair.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an individual looking to join a fast paced, ever changing technical role. You will be responsible for providing support to our customers for the installation, maintenance and relocation of gaming machines, as well as other associated tasks.

You will possess excellent communication skills, be well presented and professional, and display high levels of problem solving to resolve customer technical issues.

What you’ll do:

• Installation, fault finding and repairs of EGMs and gaming products.
• Routine preventative maintenance.
