Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a hands-on technician to service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs in Wollongong. You will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best and contribute to customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery.

The role includes preventative maintenance, strong scheduling, and record-keeping to stay compliant with regulations. Training will be provided, and a driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in electronics and a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain licences/certifications and a full driver’s licence.

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Wollongong, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

With our training program, you’ll gain the technical expertise you need - you don’t need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role.
