Job summary

United Technology Services in Newcastle, NSW seeks a Gaming Machine Technician to install, service and relocate gaming machines for venues across the region.

You will handle fault finding, preventative maintenance and EGM game conversions, while building strong relationships with venue staff. You may participate in after-hours on-call support.

A NSW driver licence is required; training provided and a company car and phone are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming service or clubs preferred.
• Current NSW drivers licence.
• Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Installation, fault finding and repairs of EGMs and gaming products.
• Routine preventative maintenance.
• Removal and relocation of gaming machines and subsidiary equipment.
• Performing EGM game conversions.
• General computing & IT tasks.
• Building and maintaining relationships with venue staff.
• Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after hours and weekend support.
