Job summary

Kedron-Wavell Ltd operates three clubs in Chermside and surrounding areas and is seeking an experienced Full‑Time Gaming Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the gaming lounge, lead staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and club policies.

Key duties include supervising gaming operations, guiding training, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring safety and fair play, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• RSG certification required.
• RSA certification required.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Queensland gaming legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the gaming lounge.
• Manage staff and training programs.
• Maintain gaming records and compliance with legislation.
• Ensure safety, fair play, and customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
