Endeavour Group is seeking a proactive Gaming Supervisor to lead a welcoming, standards-driven gaming floor at Glengala Hotel in Melbourne. You will ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations while delivering warm, authentic service to guests.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage cash handling, assist guests with machine play, and work as part of a team across day, evening and weekend shifts, contributing to a safe, inclusive pub environment.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• RSG/RCG qualifications required.
• Proven guest service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests and create memorable moments.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (RSA, RCG/RSG).
• Handle machine payouts and cash according to policy.
