Job summary

Mulgrave Country Club in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead gaming operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure cash room procedures are followed, and uphold compliance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a passion for service. Flexibility to work day, night, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience as Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager or similar role.
• Current Gaming Industry Employee licence.
• Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum).
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence.
• Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring.
• Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
• Ensure cash room accounting/recording procedures are followed and compliant with standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
• Be hands-on, hardworking and enthusiastic, adaptable to day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
