Job summary

Essential licences include Victorian Gaming Employee Licence, RSA, and RSG, with TAB experience preferred. Prior gaming experience is a must, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year gaming experience is required.
• Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling).
• TAB experience would be preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to gaming patrons.
• Monitor gaming floor activities and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.
• Process gaming machine payouts and handle cash transactions accurately.
