Job summary

Mulgrave Country Club in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead gaming operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure cash room procedures are followed, and uphold compliance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a passion for service. Flexibility to work day, night, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience as Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager or similar role.
• Current Gaming Industry Employee licence.
• Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum).
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence.
• Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification.

Full-time Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Duties include:

Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring

Ensuring high customer service standards at all times

Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times

Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards

Motivate and achieve high standards with your team

Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic

To be successful in this role you will:

Must be flexible and available to work a day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts as required, on a rotating roster

Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support

Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager, or similar role

Current Gaming Industry Employee licence

Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence

Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification

Experience in Ebet/Vault preferrable but not essential as training will be provided
