Prospect Hotel Motel is seeking a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Redcape Hospitality's Prospect Hotel Motel. The role is hands-on, focusing on floor leadership, coaching a gaming team and delivering exceptional service to regulars and guests.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager to maintain high standards, drive responsible gambling practices and enhance day-to-day operations while growing as a leader within Redcape's network of venues.

Qualificações

• Experience as Gaming Manager, Gaming Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Strong hands-on gaming knowledge and service excellence.
• Knowledge of NSW gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling practices.
• Wants to grow as a leader and build a long-term career with Redcape.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, roster and coach your gaming team to build skills and pride in great service.
• Welcome regulars and lead by example to create extraordinary experiences.
• Keep the gaming room clean and well-presented.
• Build a positive team culture where staff feel valued and supported.
• Uphold responsible gambling practices and meet venue requirements.
• Monitor gaming performance and work with the Venue Manager to improve operations.
