Earlwood Hotel is seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee all gaming operations, supervise staff, and ensure optimal customer experiences on the gaming floor. You will lead a team, manage machine maintenance, cash handling, and compliance, delivering strategic initiatives to boost revenue and engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a professional, hands-on approach suitable for a high-volume venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venue.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Collaborative leadership approach with open team communication.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and VIP customers.
• Professional presentation with hands-on service attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

As the Gaming Manager at Earlwood Hotel, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the gaming operations to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily gaming operations, including staff supervision, rostering, and customer service.

Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Overseeing cash handling procedures and monitoring gaming floor activity.

Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

Ensuring strict compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.

About You:

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven professional with the following skills and experience:

A minimum of two years’ experience as a Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venue.

Strong understanding of compliance requirements.

A collaborative leadership approach, fostering open communication within the team.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, departments, and VIP customers.

A professional and polished presentation, paired with a hands-on approach to service.
