Job summary

Prospect Hotel Motel is seeking a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Redcape Hospitality's Prospect Hotel Motel. The role is hands-on, focusing on floor leadership, coaching a gaming team and delivering exceptional service to regulars and guests.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager to maintain high standards, drive responsible gambling practices and enhance day-to-day operations while growing as a leader within Redcape's network of venues.

Qualifications

• Experience as Gaming Manager, Gaming Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Strong hands-on gaming knowledge and service excellence.
• Knowledge of NSW gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling practices.
• Wants to grow as a leader and build a long-term career with Redcape.

Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Prospect Hotel Motel.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, getting to know the regulars and bringing out the best in their team. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll look after the day-to-day gaming operation and help create extraordinary experiences through warm, attentive and responsible service.

What we’re looking for

• Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG

• Availability across a full-time roster, including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
