Job summary

Sonnell Hospitality seeks a Gaming Manager for the Australian Hotel & Brewery in Rouse Hill. This role leads the gaming room daily, ensuring guest experience, compliance and teamwork within a dynamic venue.

Key duties include managing bar, gaming and TAB operations, supervising staff, and upholding cash control and procedures. RSA/RCG/ARCG and police check are required as part of due diligence.

Qualifications

Gaming Manager - Australian Hotel & Brewery

We are looking for an experienced Gaming Manager to join our team at the Australian Hotel & Brewery, Rouse Hill, part of the Sonnel group, which has over 40 years' experience leading gaming in the industry.

About the Role

The Gaming Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room to ensure the highest standard of guest experience, compliance and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include

• Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
• Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
