Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in a venue with high and complex trade.
• RSA, RCG & ARCG competency cards are essential.
• Strong customer service with motivational leadership.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends.
• National Police Check is required as part of due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections.
• Supervise and support staff to uphold exceptional service.
• Enforce cash handling controls and compliance.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication.
• Work across various shifts with rotating rosters to cover all hotel operations.
