Job summary

Tabcorp in Wollongong is seeking a Technical Services Technician to service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues. You will conduct preventative maintenance and manage schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

No prior wagering and gaming experience is required; a comprehensive training program will provide the skills you need. A genuine interest in electronics, good communication, and a proactive attitude matter most; licences and a full driver’s licence

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Wollongong, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

* Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs

* Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions

* Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

* Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery, MAX, part of Tabcorp, provides the expertise and services that keep Australia's gaming venues performing at their best. * Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies

* Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver's license
