Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, installations, and diagnostics across customer venues in Australia. You will troubleshoot complex faults, complete repairs, and ensure game and system uptime with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence and the ability to work across weekends/public holidays as needed. You will report to the service leadership and use mobile apps for accurate field data capture.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or gaming/electronics repair preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence is essential; ability to obtain gaming licences as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, PMs, break/fix repairs and diagnostics.
• Install, upgrade, and modify equipment and games at customer sites, including non-operational hours.
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure efficient functionality of systems.
