Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, seeks a hands-on Technical Services Technician to service wagering and gaming equipment across venues. In Granville you’ll perform installation, preventative maintenance and responsive support to keep venues performing at their best.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in electronics and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s license.
• Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions.
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery.
