Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to maintain and service electronic gaming machines at customer sites across North West NSW (Forbes or Parkes) and Far West NSW Tamworth. You will drive to venues, troubleshoot issues, and install or upgrade gaming cabinets, ensuring excellent customer experience daily.

The role emphasizes on-site service, safety, and compliance with WHS rules, with opportunities to progress and gain gaming licences as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with opportunities for career progression.
• Ability to acquire and maintain relevant state licences (support provided).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled tasks, preventive maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
• Carry out equipment installation, removal, upgrades, modifications, and game changes at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve sophisticated system faults and perform repair work as needed.
• Respond to service calls promptly to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with venue staff to maintain high levels of customer happiness.
