Job summary

Club Marconi is seeking motivated Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team at the Western Sydney hub.

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, process orders, deliver accurate service, assist with enquiries, and maintain cleanliness of service areas including smoking zones, while upholding the Club’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Gaming is required.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Full working rights.

Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 55,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under one roof.

We offer a large gaming area including KENO and TAB plus a variety of dining options, including: The Piazza, Cafe; and the Star Buffet. • High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their ability
• Ability to understand Club Marconi’s products and service offerings as well as customer needs

Experience and Qualifications:

• Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card.
• Previous experience in Gaming is required.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
