Job summary

The Westport Club on the Central Coast is seeking energetic Gaming Attendants to deliver memorable experiences for members and guests. You’ll join a fun, caring team and help create a welcoming atmosphere across shifts, including nights and weekends.

We offer support for your ARCG qualification and a great team culture with opportunities for development and growth within a not-for-profit community hub on the beautiful New South Wales coast.

• Flexibility across operating hours including split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA and RCG certificate

• Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, our product offerings and membership rewards
• Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service
• Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
• Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
• Be willing and able to work across a variety of areas within the Club
• Be open to training, development and learning all aspects of the Club
• Help us continuously improve and contribute to a constructive culture where everyone feels welcome

You’ll have the chance to work alongside our fantastic Gaming team, and we’ll support your development by paying for your Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) qualification.
