Job summary

Crossroads Hotel in Casula, part of Sonnel Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant to energise the gaming floor and deliver outstanding service. Join a Sydney based hotel group offering career growth opportunities across venues.

You will greet customers, comply with licensing requirements, assist with poker machines, handle cash, and work closely with the hospitality team to ensure a superb guest experience. A National Police Check is required.

Qualifications

• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG/TAB compliance certificates required.
• Strong customer service skills with a fun, outgoing personality.
• Flexible availability with varying shifts each week.
• Experience with TAB and Keno operations and gaming machines.

Casual, Experienced Gaming Attendant - Crossroads Hotel

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines

Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

Current Valid RSA/RCG/ARCG/TAB Compliance certificates

Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

Experienced in tab and keno operations

Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines

Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience working in Gaming in hospitality/pubs and clubs

TAB certified (valid tab compliance and tab basics certificates)

Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
