Job summary

Crossroads Hotel in Casula, part of Sonnel Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant to energise the gaming floor and deliver outstanding service. Join a Sydney based hotel group offering career growth opportunities across venues.

You will greet customers, comply with licensing requirements, assist with poker machines, handle cash, and work closely with the hospitality team to ensure a superb guest experience. A National Police Check is required.

Qualifications

• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG/TAB compliance certificates required.
• Strong customer service skills with a fun, outgoing personality.
• Flexible availability with varying shifts each week.
• Experience with TAB and Keno operations and gaming machines.

• Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhering to licensing laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with the hospitality team to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
• Performing maintenance and service on poker machines.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue.
