Responsibilities

• Promote TP ICAP as a company
• Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems
• Resolve any trade queries and discrepancies promptly
• Keep trade records up to date
• Update real-time manual/electronic whiteboards with market data
• Provide input on projects for brokers and traders
• Provide live quotes through the link line to internal regional offices
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments
• Understand the underlying products being traded and stay updated on new products/procedures
• Manage the onboarding of new clients with the Client On-Boarding team
