Job summary

Campbelltown Catholic Club in Campbelltown NSW is seeking a casual Cellar Attendant for 25 hours per week to manage cellar stock, restock outlets, and ensure accurate receiving and dispatching of deliveries. You will handle data entry, stock taking, keg changes, and general maintenance while upholding WHS standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, RSA card, and a current driver licence.

Campbelltown Catholic Club is a large social and recreational Club located in Southwest Sydney. The Club has over 50,000 members and provides an extensive range of business, social and recreational facilities including: Dedicated function and event space, multiple restaurants and bars, 18-hole Golf Course, gym & pool facilities, a Rydge’s Hotel and The CUBE Convention & Entertainment Centre.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Cellar Attendat to join our team and support Club operations. The role is casual with 25 hours per week.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and control of stock throughout the Club while maintaining high standards of service and organisation. The successful applicant will be a reliable team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to Work Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cellar and all service outlets
• Restocking service outlets
• Stock control and stocktaking
• Receiving and dispatching deliveries
• Data entry and stock management administration
• Changing kegs and post-mix systems
• General maintenance and cleaning duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
• The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and bending
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Current RSA card
• Current Driver Licence
• You will need to be available between the hours on 6.00am and 5.00pm
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
