Job summary

Canterbury League Club in Sydney is seeking a Club Attendant to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our Gaming operations. This role spans multiple areas and requires a friendly, professional approach to create a welcoming environment.

You will respond to patron inquiries, maintain cleanliness, ensure compliance with gaming legislation and RCG requirements, and build positive relationships with members and guests.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards required.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and overall appearance of service areas.
• Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about facilities, promotions and activities.

The Opportunity

As our Club Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Gaming operations. This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas. Through your friendly, professional, and attentive approach, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment where every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all service areas.
• Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional, friendly, and personalised service.
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and a commitment to Canterbury's values.

About You

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
