Dollar curtains + blinds in Fyshwick, Canberra, is seeking a full-time Interior Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales for our window furnishings.

You will guide customers through the sales process, provide expert product knowledge, build relationships, and work with the installation team to ensure smooth projects. The role requires a hands-on salesperson with a passion for interior design and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

dollar curtains + blinds are seeking fulltime Interior Sales Consultants to join our team.As Interior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our showroom or via phone/email.

Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Generate new business opportunities.

Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.

Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

Skills & Experience

Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work full days Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 3:00

Valid driver's license (full license)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly

Enabling positivity in the tougher customer conversations

Passion for Interior Design
