dollar curtains + blinds is seeking a full-time Interior Sales Consultant to join our Mornington team. You will provide excellent customer service in the showroom and via phone/email, guiding customers through the sales process with expert product knowledge and building lasting relationships for repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating with our installation team to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work full days Monday - Friday 9:00- 5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00.
• Valid driver’s license (full license)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Enabling positivity in the tougher customer conversations
• Passion for Interior Design

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our showroom or via phone/email.
• Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
