Luxaflex Cairns Blinds & Awnings in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join our small, friendly team. You’ll split time between welcoming customers in showroom, preparing quotes in the office, and visiting homes and businesses across the Cairns region.

The role is full-time with a roster that includes every third Saturday (half-day). We value passion, integrity and drive, plus strong communication skills.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.

We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Consultant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, join our friendly crew, and play a key role in driving the continued success of our business.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities and reports directly to the business owner. You’ll divide your time between:

Welcoming and advising customers in our beautiful showroom

Creating and following up quotes in the office

Visiting homes, businesses, and developments across the Cairns region

You’ll work a regular roster that will include working every third Saturday (half-day).

What We’re Looking For

You're confident, engaging, and motivated – just as comfortable welcoming walk-in customers as you are building relationships with developers, builders, real estate agents, and commercial clients.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Previous experience in sales or customer service

An organised approach to daily tasks and time management
